David joined Toron in 1997 to launch the wealth management division. He has spent 31 years in the financial services industry, encompassing Treasury Management at Central Guaranty Trust, credit analysis at Dominion Bond Rating Service (DBRS) and as editor of The Investment Reporter, a weekly Canadian newsletter providing financial planning and portfolio management advice.

David advises clients and is also involved in marketing, business development, and research. He gives investment seminars to small groups and is a frequent guest on the Business News Network, educating viewers about prudent portfolio management.

David is an active supporter of the Canadian Athletes Now Fund and a number of charitable foundations geared toward, wildlife, the environment and children. David has written five books on baseball, his greatest passion and they are enshrined in The Library at The Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York. ↑ top
